Community engagements play an important role in promoting social responsibility and solidarity. The Central Mindanao Colleges Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Strand Coordinators, led by Sir Gelmer Baluyot and Mrs. Lorna Berame organized the CMC-SHS PAGPAKABANA event on May 15, 2024, under the theme “\ud835\ude3c\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude6e \ud835\ude68\ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude46\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63 \ud835\ude4b\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude4e\ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude46\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude60\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63.”<\/p>\n
This event was held in coordination with the CMC Center for Social Action.Held at Barangay Nuangan\u2019s Nuangan Integrated School, the event focused on community engagement and solidarity through the course “Community Engagement, Solidarity, and Citizenship.”<\/p>\n
The CMC SHS community developed a strong spirit of giving and camaraderie during the event. Their active participation and enthusiasm demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact on society.<\/p>\n
CMCians embodied the spirit of bayanihan, showing kindness and compassion, fostering community relationships, and leaving a lasting impression on PAGPAKABANA 2024. This event highlighted their commitment to social action and strengthened partnerships with their partner communities.<\/p>\n
