This study used a descriptive-correlational design with 300 elementary<br \/>\nteachers in Kidapawan City in Kidapawan North Cotabato. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data on school structure, parental involvement and the pupil\u2019s academic success. The result indicated that there is a high level of school structure, parental involvement and the pupil\u2019s academic success. On<br \/>\nthe other hand, both variables school structure, parental involvement have a significant direct effect on the pupil\u2019s academic success.
