This is a day of enlightenment and empowerment as we explore the essential theme of mental health, emphasizing that it is a fundamental human right. This seminar and intervention event is designed to shed light on the importance of mental well-being and provide practical insights for its promotion.<\/p>\n

Organized by CMC Psychology Student Council and the CMC Collegiate Students Supreme Council, CMCians come together to celebrate World Mental Health Day by understanding and advocating for the importance of mental health as a universal human right.<\/p>\n
